About me: I started journey since 2019 became a bombayjam instructors and it’s amazing session because it’s combination of cardio and Toning and completely total body workout and also simple step movement are there and it very effective about toning routines it’s great muscle group form- upper body, abdominal a dn lower body workout. with teachique and coaching form..
I started the classes and my clients is really enjoyed alot our bombayjam class..
And also i love bollywood songs ❣️☺️
