Teaching Experience: Giving Zumba classes since Two years and continuing…. Also done events in various corporate sectors, Teaching Mat Pilates since One year and Continuing, Bombay Jammer since last 4 months and continuing.

About: When I heard Bombay Jam ®, the first word comes in my mind that’s PARTY …. actually it’s a high intensity Workout but when the pepe Bollywood Tracks played then really it becomes a party flavor atmosphere where we enjoying our Workouts by Grooving and Moving from Bollywood Thumkaas to Shimmy Shoulders and of course many more.

And I believe when you Dance though it’s a form of Fitness Dance but Expression is needed , so I never failed to give expressions to my clients according to the song during the whole session which helps them to divert their mind when their Body gave up but still couldn’t stop in between cause I spread my energy through my expressions to them and encouraging them to keep moving throughout the whole session.

Bombay Jam is really a Fun Filled Fitness Program and yes Bollywood in our Blood so when it comes with Bollywood flavour then it encourages everyone to pamper their DANCING SOULS.
