I have also really enjoyed teaching as a dance and Pilates fitness instructor since the summer of 2016, and I am looking forward to continuing this passion as a Bombay Jam Instructor.
Fitness Philosophy: Strong over skinny 🙂 It’s how you feel on the inside that makes each workout worth it and ultimately sticking with the fitness lifestyle will help you feel happier, stronger, and healthier along the way.
About: I love the energy, sweat, and enthusiasm from the students while teaching classes. The students inspire me with their dedication, and I enjoy motivating and pushing others to follow their health and fitness goals. The opportunity to also connect with students, while taking part in their fitness journeys to becoming healthier and stronger brings me back every time! Dance and fitness have so many stress-busting and mind-sharpening benefits. Bombay Jam combines my passions in both dance and fitness, and I am excited to share them with my students, all while bringing the flair and fun of Bollywood!
I enjoy continuing to learn as an instructor and taking group fitness classes regularly, such as cycling, high intensity interval training, kickboxing, Zumba, and muscle conditioning. I love staying active and pushing my body toward becoming stronger through going on hikes, runs, lifting weights and trying new and grueling (but fun!) fitness classes with my friends. I also have a passion for baking and cooking healthy and nutritious treats and meals, and you can often see me experimenting in the kitchen with my roommates and family!
