About: Right from my childhood I was always passionate about dance be it western/ classical I’m always in for it. I feel exercised based dancing is always fun. Come, learn the art of burning 800 calories in an hour and staying fit & healthy!
I wasn’t a fitness freak, I believed in maintaining healthy body just with a regular walk also on and off gym kind of a person. Since 2016 when I started with a left knee pain and I healed by just a therapy session for 6 weeks. Thou many doctors asked me to stop dancing and working out, my therapist asked me to gradually start with my routines and recommended Bombay Jam as she knew I love dancing and workout. That was the best ever option and since then I started loving fitness through dance. I thoroughly enjoy dancing to Bollywood tunes while working out head to toe and I have felt my workout always.
