About: Dance has been Anila’s life since her childhood. As a kid she started choreographing to songs for stage performances. Over the years, she has been to all sorts of dance fitness classes, but with her first Bombay Jam class she knew right away what she really wanted to do. Anila describes Bombay Jam as a bundle of bollywood music, american music, cardio, toning and most of all the program is designed such that students can have loads of fun dancing while burning upto 800 calories without even realizing. Anila believes Bombay Jam is the perfect way to share her passion for dance and bring fitness along with it.
