About: The love for dance and music was the inspiration for me to take a plunge from a full-time HR profession to a full-time fitness trainer years ago..Bombay Jam compared to another dance fitness excites me most due to the format it follows. The music is DESI ( Bollywood), its peppy and the choreos are very scientifically done by experts to get best results while you enjoy performing the routine. I consider preaching fitness as an essential need in ones life and that it cud be gained by anyone and everyone. Counselling, root cause Analysis and structuring my classes accordingly are my biggest strength which help me take my clients through their fitness journey. Meeting new people, their lives, their stories and my role on their life are my biggest take away from my classes…
